On a roll or what? My Cotton & Steel cushion kit has been lovingly turned into a cushion and the best news was I realised there was enough fabric for 2 cushions!! Woop!
You can also see from my original Finish-A-Long mosaic below that I have completed 3 of the 6 WIP tasks I set myself.
The 3 projects across the bottom of the mosaic have all been completed and are in use. The Spring Carnival EPP that needed hand quilting and turning into a cushion will carry over to the next quarter, as will the 2012 BOM Quilt.
The partially finished rosette from my 2015 'The New Hexagon Millefiore QAL' has been finished, as has rosette 2. This is the target I set myself for the quarter but I did not realise at the time that finishes had to be just that, completed projects. This means they kind of don't count but actually I'm going to keep putting the rosette's in my mosaics as it spurs me on to work on the project!
So how has the first quarter of the 2016 Finish-A-Long worked out for you? I hope you busted some WIP's!!

ReplyDeleteI love your cotton and steel pillow, very pretty, great quilting! Isn't the FAL motivating! Can't wait to see your work on the rosettes, this looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love your pillows, and I hope you don't mind, but I have to make one! I even have the fabric! YAY!
